My purpose is to create a home that reflects you, your personality, and your needs and wants. Clients I work with value my friendly approach, passion for modern design, and enthusiasm for sustainability.
But, a home isn't just about the inside. We attribute outside space to a better quality of life so a holistic design should move beyond the confines of four walls. As a garden designer and architect, I'm always thinking of the connection to the outside. Also, when designing a garden, I'm thinking about the transition and views from the inside too.
My career has spanned two decades and seen me design historic ecclesiastical repairs, large-scale residential care settings, multi-storey private residential apartments, and commercial premises.
But, my passion is, and always has been, for private residential. I've worked on numerous homes including many that are listed, within conservation areas and the Peak Park. That said, I am also open to other projects if they align with my values. So, whether it is a large commercial project, a small-scale development, an eco-friendly project, or a small garden project, get in touch for a conversation.

We asked Dan to produce a plan for our back garden. He listened to what we wanted and suggested which of our ideas he thought would work well and which would not, inputting his expertise along the way. Based on this he drew up some wonderful plans. An unexpected change in circumstnces means we will not be putting these into action at our current property but I would not hesitate in using Dan again on any future project.
